Section 901 of the Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 2006 ( Public Law 109–469 ; 32 U.S.C. 112 note) is amended— by redesignating subsections
(e)through
(g)as subsections
(f)through (h), respectively; and by inserting after subsection
(d)the following new subsection (e): The Secretary of Defense may review and approve the curriculum and program structure of each school established under this section. . Subsection (d)(1) of such section is amended by striking section 112(b) of that title 32 and inserting section 112(b) of title 32 .
