The Secretary of State shall ensure that the use of any Federal funding to support the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, including the Green Climate Fund, complies with applicable Federal law, including— section 8 of the United Nations Participation Act of 1945 ( 22 U.S.C. 287e ); section 414 of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1990 and 1991 ( Public Law 101–246 ); and section 410 of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1994 and 1995 ( Public Law 103–236 ).
