Section 5303A(b)(3) of title 38, United States Code, is amended— by redesignating subparagraphs
(F)and
(G)as subparagraphs
(G)and (H), respectively; and by inserting after subparagraph
(E)the following new subparagraph (F): to benefits under section 2011, 2012, 2013, 2044, or 2061 of this title; .
