Section 117(c) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: Veterans Health Administration, Medical Community Care. . Section 1105(a)(37) of title 31, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: Veterans Health Administration, Medical Community Care. . The amendments made by this section shall apply to fiscal years beginning on and after October 1, 2016.
