Section 202(a)(10) of Public Law 90–284 (commonly known as the Indian Civil Rights Act of 1968 ) ( 25 U.S.C. 1302(a)(10) ) is amended by inserting for 180 days or more after punishable by imprisonment . Section 204(d)(3) of Public Law 90–284 (commonly known as the Indian Civil Rights Act of 1968 ) ( 25 U.S.C. 1304(d)(3) ) is amended in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking the right and inserting if a term of imprisonment of 180 days or more may be imposed, the right .
