Section 1a(47)(B) of the Commodity Exchange Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1a(47)(B) ) is amended— in clause (ix), by striking and at the end; in clause (x), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and by adding at the end the following: any option in a nonfinancial commodity for which exercise is intended to result in a physical delivery obligation; and any advance by a Federal Home Loan Bank. .
