Section 232 of the Security and Accountability for Every Port Act of 2006 ( 6 U.S.C. 982 ) is amended by striking subsection (c). Section 809 of the Tariff Act of 1930 ( 19 U.S.C. 1683g ) is repealed. The table of contents for the second title VIII of the Tariff Act of 1930 is amended by striking the item relating to section 809. Section 878 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 458 ) is amended by striking subsection (f). Section 705(a) of the Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 1998 ( 21 U.S.C. 1704(a) ) is amended by striking paragraph (3).
Notwithstanding Senate Report 114–68 (June 18, 2015), the Federal Emergency Management Agency shall not be required— to develop an analysis of the use of the Threat Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments and the overall preparedness process and provide such analysis to the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate ; or to brief the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate on the execution plan for threat hazard identification or the analysis described in paragraph (1). Section 478 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 298 ) is amended to read as follows:
It is the sense of Congress that— the quality and efficiency of immigration services rendered by the Federal Government should be improved after the transfers made by this subtitle take effect; and the Secretary should undertake efforts to guarantee that concerns regarding the quality and efficiency of immigration services are addressed after such effective date. . Section 831(c) of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 391(c) ) is amended by striking paragraph (2).
