Section 316 of the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972 ( 16 U.S.C. 1462 ) is repealed. Provided further, Section 50703 of title 51, United States Code, is repealed. The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 507 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 50703. Section 106 of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Authorization Act of 1992 ( Public Law 102–567 ) is amended by striking subsection
(c)( 15 U.S.C. 1537 ). Section 6(b) of the Technology Administration Act of 1998 ( 15 U.S.C. 272 note) is amended— by striking paragraph (2); and by striking and all that follows through Congress .— It is and inserting .
