Section 314 of division A of the Transportation, Treasury, Housing and Urban Development, the Judiciary, the District of Columbia, and Independent Agencies Appropriations Act, 2006 ( 42 U.S.C. 1437 note; Public Law 109–115 ) is repealed. Section 218 of division C of the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2012 ( Public Law 112–55 ; 125 Stat. 699) is repealed. Section 226 of division C of the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2012 ( Public Law 112–55 ; 125 Stat. 700) is repealed.
