Sec. 903. Annual report on military and nonmilitary activities of China in the South China Sea

Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and annually thereafter, the Secretary of State, in consultation with the Secretary of Defense, shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees an unclassified comprehensive report, with a classified annex if necessary, detailing the military and nonmilitary activities of the People’s Republic of China in the South China Sea.
