Section 3032 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 ( Public Law 110–114 ; 121 Stat. 1113) is amended— in subsection (b)— in the subsection heading, by striking and inserting Pilot Projects ; Projects in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph (A), by striking the pilot ; and in subparagraph (B)— in clause (i), in the matter preceding subclause (I), by striking the pilot ; in subclause (I), by inserting , Salton Sea Authority, or other non-Federal interest before the semicolon at the end; and in subclause (II), by striking pilot ; in paragraph (2), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking pilot ; and in paragraph (3)— by striking pilot each place it appears; and by inserting , Salton Sea Authority, or other non-Federal interest after State ; and in subsection (c), by striking pilot .
