Section 102(c) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 ( 33 U.S.C. 2212(c) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Federal share of operation and maintenance carried out by a non-Federal interest under this subsection after the date of enactment of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 shall be eligible for reimbursement or for credit toward— the non-Federal share of future operation and maintenance under this subsection; or any measure carried out by the Secretary under section 3017(a) of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 ( 33 U.S.C. 3303a note; Public Law 113–121 ). .
