The benefits realized by the Tribe under this title shall be in complete replacement of, complete substitution for, and full satisfaction of all— claims of the Tribe against the United States waived and released pursuant to section 9020(a); and objections withdrawn pursuant to section 9020(c). The benefits realized by the allottees under this title shall be in complete replacement of, complete substitution for, and full satisfaction of— all claims waived and released pursuant to section 9020(a)(2); and any claim of an allottee against the United States similar in nature to a claim described in section 9020(a)(2) that the allottee asserted or could have asserted.
