Sec. 3006. Cumberland River Basin Dam repairs

Costs incurred in carrying out any repair to correct a seepage problem at any dam in the Cumberland River Basin shall be— treated as costs for a dam safety project; and subject to cost-sharing requirements in accordance with section 1203 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 ( 33 U.S.C. 467n ). Subsection
(a)shall apply only to repairs for projects for which construction has not begun and appropriations have not been made as of the date of enactment of this Act.
