Section 101(a)(1) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 ( 33 U.S.C. 2211(a)(1) ) is amended— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking the date of enactment of this Act and inserting the date of enactment of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 ( ; Public Law 113–121 ; 128 Stat. 1193) in subparagraph (B), by striking 45 feet and inserting 50 feet ; and in subparagraph (C), by striking 45 feet and inserting 50 feet . Section 214(1) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 ( 33 U.S.C. 2241(1) ) is amended by striking 45 feet and inserting 50 feet .
