Sec. 1044. Retroactive changes to cost-sharing agreements

Study costs incurred before the date of execution of a feasibility cost-sharing agreement for a project to be carried out under section 206 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1996 ( 33 U.S.C. 2330 ) shall be Federal costs, if— the study was initiated before October 1, 2006; and the feasibility cost-sharing agreement was not executed before January 1, 2014.
