Section 3013(g)(1) of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 ( 33 U.S.C. 701n note; Public Law 113–121 ) is amended— by inserting remove existing vegetation or after the Secretary shall not ; and by striking as a condition or requirement for any approval or funding of a project, or any other action . Not later than 30 days after the enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives a report that— describes the reasons for the failure of the Secretary to meet the deadlines in subsection
(f)of section 3013 of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 ( 33 U.S.C. 701n note; Public Law 113–121 ); and provides a plan for completion of the activities required in that subsection (f).
