No funds appropriated or otherwise made available in this Act may be used by the Department of Commerce Office of General Counsel during the time period in which the Department of Commerce Office of Inspector General has notified the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate that any component within the Department of Commerce is not in compliance with section 536 of this Act.
