Title 46, United States Code, is amended— in section 4503(f)(2), by striking that after necessary, ; and in section 7510(c)— in paragraph (1)(D), by striking engine and inserting engineer ; and in paragraph (9), by inserting a period after App . The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall take effect on the date of the enactment of the Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2015 ( Public Law 114–120 ).
