Title VI of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1381 et seq. ) is amended by striking section 607 and inserting the following: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this title— $5,180,000,000 for fiscal year 2017; $5,960,000,000 for fiscal year 2018; $6,850,000,000 for fiscal year 2019; $7,880,000,000 for fiscal year 2020; and $9,060,000,000 for fiscal year 2021. .
