Subsection (e)(4) of section 1705 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking other than for the purpose of and all that follows and inserting other than for the purpose of— providing advanced training to Department of Defense employees; and support of human capital and talent management of the acquisition workforce, including benchmarking studies, assessments, and requirements planning. . Such section is further amended— in subsection (d)(2)(C), by striking in each and inserting in such ; in subsection (f)— by striking Not later than 120 days after the end of each fiscal year and inserting Not later than February 1 each year ; and by striking such fiscal year the first place it appears and inserting the preceding fiscal year ; and in subsection (g)(1)— by striking of of and inserting of ; and by striking , as defined in subsection (h), .
