Subsection (e)(4) of section 1705 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking other than for the purpose of and all that follows and inserting other than for the purpose of— providing advanced training to Department of Defense employees; and support of human capital and talent management of the acquisition workforce, including benchmarking studies, assessments, and requirements planning. .
