Using amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 2606 and available for the National Guard and Reserve as specified in the funding table in section 3002, the Secretary of the Air Force may acquire real property and carry out military construction projects for the Air National Guard locations inside the United States, and in the amounts, set forth in the following table: Air National Guard State Location Amount Connecticut Bradley IAP $6,300,000 Florida Jacksonville IAP $9,000,000 Hawaii Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam $11,000,000 Iowa Sioux Gateway Airport $12,600,000 Minnesota Duluth IAP $7,600,000 New Hampshire Pease International Trade Port $1,500,000 North Carolina Charlotte/Douglas IAP $50,600,000 South Carolina McEntire ANGS $8,400,000 Texas Ellington Field $4,500,000 Vermont Burlington IAP $4,500,000.
