Section 102(a)(3) of the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act ( 52 U.S.C. 20302(a)(3) ) is amended by striking general . Section 103 of such Act ( 52 U.S.C. 20303 ) is amended— by striking in the title of the section; and GENERAL by striking general in subsection (b)(2)(B).
