Section 101 of the SCRA ( 50 U.S.C. 3911 ) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraphs: The term military orders , with respect to a servicemember, means official military orders, or any notification, certification, or verification from the Secretary or the servicemember’s commanding officer, with respect to the servicemember’s current or future military duty status. The term continental United States means the 48 contiguous States and the District of Columbia. . Section 305 of the SCRA ( 50 U.S.C. 3955 ) is amended by striking subsection (i).
