Section 705 of the SCRA ( 50 U.S.C. 4025 ) is amended— in subsection (b)— by striking in the subsection heading and inserting Spouses ; and Dependents by striking spouse and inserting military sponsor ; and by adding at the end the following new subsection: For purposes of this section, the term military sponsor , with respect to any person, means a servicemember with respect to whom the person is a dependent. . Such section is further amended by striking or naval in subsections
