Section 1101(a) of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 ( Public Law 110–417 ; 122 Stat. 4615), as most recently amended by section 1108 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( Public Law 114–92 ; 129 Stat. 1027), is amended by striking through 2016 and inserting through 2018 .
