Subsection (a)(2) of section 1033 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1998 ( Public Law 105–85 ; 111 Stat. 1881), as most recently amended by section 1012 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( Public Law 114–92 ; 129 Stat. 963), is further amended by striking expires September 30, 2017 and inserting shall be available through the end of fiscal year 2019 . Subsection (f)(2)(B) of such section is amended by striking 60 days and inserting 15 days .
