The Secretaries shall establish an interagency trail management plan under which Federal land management agencies shall coordinate so that trails that cross jurisdictional boundaries between the Federal land management agencies are managed and maintained in a uniform manner. The plan established under subsection
(a)shall ensure compliance with all Federal environmental laws applicable to each jurisdiction.
