In this section, the term Federal agency means each of— the Corps of Engineers; the Bureau of Reclamation; and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. With respect to the mission of the Federal agency, each Federal agency shall consider how land and water management decisions can enhance recreation opportunities and the recreation economy.
