Except as provided in subsection (b), subsections
(a)and
(d)of section 158 of title 28, United States Code, shall apply to a case under this title. Only an order confirming a plan of adjustment or dismissing a petition shall be considered final for purposes of section 158(a) of title 28, United States Code.
