It is the sense of Congress that— each person that uses an unmanned aircraft system for compensation or hire, or in the furtherance of a business enterprise, should have a written privacy policy consistent with section 2101 regarding the collection, use, retention, and dissemination of any data collected during the operation of an unmanned aircraft system; each privacy policy described in paragraph
(1)should be periodically reviewed and updated as necessary; and each privacy policy described in paragraph
(1)should be publicly available.
