Section 47115(j) is amended by striking 2015 and for the period beginning on October 1, 2015, and ending on March 31, 2016, and inserting 2017 . Section 47141(f) is amended by striking March 31, 2016 and inserting September 30, 2017 . Section 140(c)(1) of the FAA Modernization and Reform Act of 2012 ( Public Law 112–95 ) is amended by striking fiscal years 2013 through 2016 and inserting fiscal years 2016 through 2017 . Section 822(k) of the FAA Modernization and Reform Act of 2012 ( 49 U.S.C. 47141 note) is amended by striking March 31, 2016 and inserting September 30, 2017 .
