Section 1404(c)(1)(A) of the Victims of Crime Act of 1984 ( 42 U.S.C. 10603(c)(1)(A) ) is amended by inserting victim services, before demonstration projects . It is the sense of Congress that the proposed rule entitled VOCA Victim Assistance Program published by the Office of Victims of Crime of the Department of Justice in the Federal Register on August 27, 2013 (78 Fed. Reg. 52877), is consistent with section 1404 of the Victims of Crime Act of 1984 ( 42 U.S.C. 10603 ).
