Section 983(g)(2) of title 18, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: In making this determination, the court shall consider such factors as— the seriousness of the offense; the extent of the nexus of the property to the offense; the range of sentences available for the offense giving rise to forfeiture; the fair market value of the property; and the hardship to the property owner and dependents. .
