Section 646 of the Communications Satellite Act of 1962 ( 47 U.S.C. 765e ) is repealed. Section 4 of Public Law 109–34 ( 47 U.S.C. 703 ) is repealed. Section 103 of the Broadband Data Improvement Act ( 47 U.S.C. 1303 ) is amended— by striking subsection (b); and by redesignating subsections
