Sec. 105. Report on improving small business participation in FCC proceedings

Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Commission, in consultation with the Administrator of the Small Business Administration, shall submit to Congress a report on— actions that the Commission will take to improve the participation of small businesses in the proceedings of the Commission; and recommendations for any legislation that the Commission considers appropriate to improve such participation.
