In this Act: The term BLM land means the Bureau of Land Management land in the State comprising approximately 625,643 acres, as generally depicted on the map entitled Utah Test and Training Range Enhancement/West Desert Land Exchange and dated October 28, 2015. The term Secretary means the Secretary of the Interior. The term State means the State of Utah. The term Utah Test and Training Range means the portions of the military land and airspace operating area of the Utah Test and Training Area that are located in the State. The term Utah Test and Training Range includes the Dugway Proving Ground.
