On conveyance to the United States under this title, the non-Federal land located within the Utah Test and Training Range shall be managed in accordance with the memorandum of agreement entered into under section 101(a). On conveyance to the United States under this title, the non-Federal land located within the Cedar Mountains Wilderness shall, in accordance with section 206(c) of the Federal Land Policy Act of 1976 ( 43 U.S.C. 1716(c) ), be added to, and administered as part of, the Cedar Mountains Wilderness.
