Section 3307(b) of title 40, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (6), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (7), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: a description of how the proposed project is consistent with criteria established in section 4(b) of the Federal Asset Sale and Transfer Act of 2015. .
