Section 305(a) ( 20 U.S.C. 9624(a) ) is amended to read as follows: There are authorized to be appropriated— for fiscal year 2016— $8,235,000 to carry out section 302 (relating to the National Assessment Governing Board); and $129,000,000 to carry out section 303 (relating to the National Assessment of Educational Progress); for fiscal year 2017— $8,424,405 to carry out section 302 (relating to the National Assessment Governing Board); and $131,967,000 to carry out section 303 (relating to the National Assessment of Educational Progress); for fiscal year 2018— $8,618,166 to carry out section 302 (relating to the National Assessment Governing Board); and $135,002,241 to carry out section 303 (relating to the National Assessment of Educational Progress); for fiscal year 2019— $8,816,384 to carry out section 302 (relating to the National Assessment Governing Board); and $138,107,293 to carry out section 303 (relating to the National Assessment of Educational Progress); for fiscal year 2020— $9,019,161 to carry out section 302 (relating to the National Assessment Governing Board); and $141,283,760 to carry out section 303 (relating to the National Assessment of Educational Progress); and for fiscal year 2021— $9,184,183 to carry out section 302 (relating to the National Assessment Governing Board); and $143,868,805 to carry out section 303 (relating to the National Assessment of Educational Progress). .
