Not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, and every 2 years thereafter until the date that is 10 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Transportation shall submit to Congress a report on the implementation and installation of broadband conduit projects under section 330 of title 23, United States Code.
