Sec. 305. Report on and diplomatic strategy to end repatriation of North Korean refugees and forced labor and slavery overseas of North Koreans

Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and annually thereafter, the Secretary of State shall submit a report to the appropriate congressional committees that contains the information described in subsections
(b)and (c). The report required under subsection
(a)shall include— a list of countries that forcibly repatriate North Korean refugees; and a list of countries where North Korean laborers work, including governments that have formal arrangements with the Government of North Korea to employ North Korean workers. The report required by subsection
(a)shall include a diplomatic strategy to end repatriation of North Korean refugees and forced labor and slavery of North Koreans overseas, including— bilateral and multilateral outreach; and public diplomacy activities to raise awareness.
