Section 34 of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 657d ) is amended— in subsection (h)— in paragraph (1), by striking 2001 through 2005 and inserting 2016 and 2017 ; and in paragraph (2), by striking fiscal years 2001 through 2005 and inserting each of fiscal years 2016 and 2017 ; and in subsection (i), by striking September 30, 2005 and inserting September 30, 2017 .
