For the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative as authorized by section 1251 of S. 1376, the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016, as reported, $300,000,000 is hereby appropriated to provide appropriate security assistance and intelligence support, including training, equipment, and logistics support, supplies and services, to military and other security forces of the Government of Ukraine: , That such amount is designated by the Congress for Overseas Contingency Operations/Global War on Terrorism pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A)(ii) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.
