Section 1207(c) of title 39, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (2)— by inserting
(A)after
(2); by striking the last sentence and inserting The arbitration board shall render a decision not later than 45 days after the date of its appointment. ; and by adding at the end the following: In rendering a decision under this paragraph, the arbitration board shall consider such relevant factors as the financial condition of the Postal Service. ; and by adding at the end the following: Nothing in this section may be construed to limit the relevant factors that the arbitration board may take into consideration in rendering a decision under paragraph (2). .
