Section 2104 of the Energy Policy Act of 1992 ( 42 U.S.C. 13454 ) is repealed. The table of contents for the Energy Policy Act of 1992 ( Public Law 102–486 ; 106 Stat. 2776) is amended by striking the item relating to section 2104. Section 2101(a) of the Energy Policy Act of 1992 ( 42 U.S.C. 13451(a) ) is amended, in the third sentence, by striking 2104, .
