Section 917 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 ( 42 U.S.C. 16197 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— by inserting and at the end of paragraph (2)(B); by striking ; and at the end of paragraph
(3)and inserting a period; and by striking paragraph (4); in subsection (b)— by striking paragraph (1); by redesignating paragraphs
(2)through
(5)as paragraphs
(1)through (4), respectively; and by striking paragraph (6); by amending subsection
(g)to read as follows: None of the funds awarded under this section may be used for the construction of facilities or the deployment of commercially available technologies. ; and by striking subsection (i).
