In this title: The term eligible entity means— a State or political subdivision of a State containing National Forest System lands or public lands; a publicly chartered utility serving one or more States or a political subdivision thereof; a rural electric company; and any other entity determined by the Secretary concerned to be appropriate for participation in the Fund. The term Fund means the State-Supported Forest Management Fund established by section 603.
