There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary for the Office of Science for fiscal year 2016 $5,339,800,000, of which— $1,850,000,000 shall be for Basic Energy Science; $788,000,000 shall be for High Energy Physics; $550,000,000 shall be for Biological and Environmental Research; $624,700,000 shall be for Nuclear Physics; $621,000,000 shall be for Advanced Scientific Computing Research; $488,000,000 shall be for Fusion Energy Sciences; $113,600,000 shall be for Science Laboratories Infrastructure; $181,000,000 shall be for Science Program Direction; $103,000,000 shall be for Safeguards and Security; and $20,500,000 shall be for Workforce Development for Teachers and Scientists.
