Subtitle F of title V of the Energy Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 8285 et seq. ) is repealed. The table of contents for the Energy Security Act ( Public Law 96–294 ; 94 Stat. 611) is amended by striking the items relating to subtitle F of title V.
